Report not coming.

    Hello,

     In web console of my E-health server, in Run Reports > health tab no report is coming. Please help me on this.

    Hello!

    Is this was working before?

    Other Reports from the Same Group like TOP N or Trend Report from the Same Period is working?

    Can you try to create a new Health Report with a single information to test?

    What is the eHealth version? nhshowrev

    How many Elements you have in the DB, you can see with the command: nhDbStatus

    Version 632.10

    Yes, At a Glance, Trend, Top N reports are coming. But In

    Run Reports > Health Tab > ApplicationResponse, AR-BusyApplication, AR-SlowApplications, service response....& so on

    no report is coming. Please help me on this.

    Can you please answer the other questions like:

     

    Can you try to create a new Health Report with a single information to test, what is the result?


    How many Elements you have in the DB, you can see with the command: nhDbStatus

    I have around 40,000 elements & I tried running single information but still not generating any report.

    Sachin,

     

    I requested you to send the output from the nhDbStatus.

    This command will show us the number of elements in total.

     

    Can you please send the output.

     

    Anyway, this will need further analysis, so I would recommend you to open a CA Support Ticket and do a Webex if necessary!

    Hello Sachin,

    Can you provide a bit more detail about this problem?

    What version of eHealth are you running? (nhShowRev)

    What OS are you using?

    Did this work before? If yes, what has changed?

    Are all reports having a problem, or just a specific one?

    Once we have these datils we can better assist you.

    Could you post a screenshot of what you see when you go to those areas?  Keep in mind it is a public forum so do not show private data but if you can show what you see we may be able to assist.

    Hi Sachin - this is not going to be simple to troubleshoot in a forum post. I suggest you open a support case to get technical assistance which it appears you did.
