The CA Spectrum is integrated with CA SDM for ticket creation. Currently we have created global collections in spectrum and made configurations based on Model attribute. Hence all the the tickets raised corresponding to the alarms from one particular GC goes to one group as defined in the CA SDM.
The requirement is get the application related tickets to be routed to one group and OS related routed to another group for the same GC. How can we achieve the same or the best possible solution?
