  • 1.  Add Incident to New PPM UX Timesheet

    Hi there, recentry I notice that I cant add incident (related to services) in the new PPM UX. If I change to the classic view I can do it.

     

    Its there any hidden configuration or option to add, and view this?

    You can't. there is some limitation in the new UI.

    Hope the fix this.

     

    Because you cant see the incidents in the new ux time sheet.

     

    I will keep showing the classic interface to new clients, sometimes it not cool to switch pages in one app.

    Hi. I have the same problem and I hope CA can fix it too.

     

    Based on this post, I have added an idea to ask CA for fixing it.
