CA Service Management

  • 1.  Form is not visible in form builder but visible on UI

    I have migrated a service having 5 forms to Production environment from Test.

    All the forms are visible on UI but only 4 are there on form builder.

     

    Has someone faced similar issue. Please advise.

    Hi Monika,

    I guess your request is about Service Catalog.

    When performing development changes, I would recommend disabling the form cache - here are the details in a knowledge doc.

    Once you're happy with the configuration, you can re-enable the cache to improve performance.

    Good Afternoon Monika.

     

    Per the Case 808400, you managed to resolve the issue by:

    1. Export ONLY the missing(Lotus) form on DEV

    2. Import this single form in PROD.
