Can we have Retrospective Board - for Sprint and Releases in CA Agile Central?

AS of now , Retrospectives are done offline and there is no linkage to user stories and improvement point.

Appreciate if Retrospective Board is added to CA Agile Central which will allow:

1) Create "what went well", "What went wrong", "what are the improvement areas"

2) From this screen, Owners can be assigned.

3) Voting on retrospective points.

4) Approved and agreed retrospective points can be converted to user stories. Traceability will be maintained on action points and end result.

Later different formats of the boards can be introduced like speed boat, hot balloon etc..

Your best course of action if you want to request and promote this feature is to use the Agile Central Ideas customer voice portal at https://ideas.rallydev.com. Once you've submitted an idea there other users can vote and comment and the product managers at CA will evaluate it for possible implementation. I've done this myself with some success and once you've submitted an idea you can promote it here in the community to call attention to it. Hope that helps.
