I want to manage Product Integration in USS.
I want to change the hostname in CA Service Desk Manager tab but failed.
After submitting the ticket, I received below error in comment section;

I managed to fine solution for this. In my case I must edit the Privileged User and Privileged Password value for both CA Service Desk Manager and CA Service Catalog, even though I want to edit only CA Service Desk Manager configuration.
Do you have Elastic Search installed and configured on the service desk box which you are switching USS to point to?
It looks like its trying to find a search server which it cannot connect to.

Is this still an issue for you? If it is, I recommend that you open a support case so that an engineer can work with you to continue troubleshooting this issue via phone/webex.
I agree with perbr08 here - things like this will be difficult to troubleshoot via the communities. Your best bet is to open up a support case to have an engineer work on it with you.
