Hi Juan, your description is very confusing. You show the problem for a Linux session and a good user info for a Windows session. But then you say that the problem is with AIX servers and any Windows. What exactly are you observing? We do know that TCP/UDP services, e.g. a PuTTY client, connecting to AIX servers have the User and Domain value missing in the User Info section. It is populated for us when connecting to a Linux host. Is this consistent with your observation?
