I believe you will need to put the full URL  in the configuration file under the <QCConnection> <Url> section.

Normally just the server:port is needed, however for https (such as accessing a SaaS QC server), use https://server:443/qcbin, or in your case, https://qc4f.austin.hpecorp.net:8443/qcbin.

Hope that helps.  If not, please let us know and we'll get a Support Case for you.

    Monika_123,

At first glance it seems you probably have a proxy that needs to be set to allow the machine to access the Agile Central URL.  You may need to check with your internal IT Team to get the proxy information.  Once you know the proxy server information, you should set the environment variable on the machine:

    set http_proxy=http://username:password@your_proxy:your_port
    set https_proxy=https://username:password@your_proxy:your_port

I understand that you may be able to access Agile Central via a browser, but since this is not the browser, the proxy information may not be set for the connector to use.

If updating the proxy information does not work, it is probably best to submit a Support Case for more detailed assistance.

    Michael
