Is there a way to set an SLA in an Incident with a spel code?

But I not want to use classic SLA, because in classic SLA the Predicted Violation is not calculated.

    Hi Paulo,

I wonder if you may want to look for a macro that would add an SLA based on the atomic condition that you want to set it to i.e.

    1. Create a Macro

    2. Select the macro type as 'Site-defined Condition'

    3. Add a new condition

    4. Provide the required values i.e. Sequence, Select an Attribute, choose operator, Select Data Value, Data Value as per your selection

Select  an Attribute : 'Service Type'

Choose Operator: Equals (from drop down menu)

Select Attribute or Data Value: Data Value

Data Value: select a service Type from the lookup list. EG: 'Priority 1 Resolution'

Please mark as correct if this helps your query.
