DX NetOps

Hey guys,

I am struggling to add a few devices which generate an 'existing model' error.

We monitor routers onsite which belong to our MPLS provider, however the devices report the routing table (I think) which contains a huge list of inaccessible local IP addresses which I believe belong to their LAN. As a result I am unable to add our devices that share the same IP address.

I can see the IP address that I am trying to add in the 'IP Table' of the router device which declares it under 'USMOtherIPAddresses'.

Any ideas of how to get around this problem?

You can get around this by manually creating the models by using the “New Model By Type” icon in the Topology view.
