CA Service Management

Hi,

When I export the tickets to an excel, and click on the hyperlink it opens two sessions of the ticket. One in a new tab and other in window.

I have googled a bit and looks sfc /scanow will fix the issue, but its all the users. Unsure if this is the solution. Havent tried since it requires administrative previlages.

Any one have similar issue, i would like to avoid multiple sessions.

SDM R14.1 cp2

IE 11(Cant use any other browser)
