CA Service Management

  • 1.  Post installation of 14.1 cum 4 unable to open/download attachments

    Hi,

     

    We have installed cumulative 4 patch to the CA service desk 14.1. Post installation of cum 4 we are unable to download and open the document in attachment.  Following error occurred during the download and open activity of the attachment.

    08/10 19:26:53.34 GSWANCASDM     spelsrvr             3272 ERROR        pcexec.c              6457 Spell interp failed at attmnt::get_parent_info_secure (...) doc_rep.spl:511: Math argument type mismatch

    08/10 19:26:53.34 GSWANCASDM     domsrvr              3892 ERROR        domdict.c             1116 Signature error in secure_dob_by_persid: arg[1] = nil with invalid type NIL

    08/10 19:26:53.34 GSWANCASDM     domsrvr              3892 ERROR        dombase.c              735 Bad arg of type 5 in secure_dob_by_persid [FAC:NC:ATTR:OB:MTH:]

    Hi Sunil, 
    I took a quick look to see if this specific thing was a known issue based on the log messages you provided but I dont see much on it.  I would recommend that you open a support ticket for this one so that an engineer can troubleshoot it with you and get to the bottom of the issue.
