  • 1.  Java Agent Issue

    Hi All,

     

    I have installed the java agents as per the instruction given on documentation. I'm able to see the agents in the workstation under 'Available Online Agents' section but in portal under settings, it is showing as offline. I'm able to see the java agents in ATK and it says Agent JVM appears healthy when I connect to the broker url. Is this expected behavior? Do we need to restart the DevTest server(all the components).

     

    Also, I noticed that In Portal, we can configure capture level for java agent to 'Full data'. Does it have any effect on java recording using DevTest workstation or is it applicable only for java recording using Application Insight? Please clarify.

    Hi Siva, 

     

    When the agents are showing up in the Workstation, hit refresh on the Portal.

    If the agents still are not listed as online, please open a support ticket and we can get you the assistance you need.

    The Capture level that you set is for the Application Insight.
