One of the user's account status was set to disabled in Privileged Access Manager, I clicked the Enabled radio button and when I clicked Save, I got the Message 2011 error. Does anyone know why it's doing that?
Please confirm the PAM version (patches applied) you are running. There's a known user synchronization issue that result the same problem you are encountering.
Hi Bashir, is there any other message in the session logs when you try to do this? Is this a local user or an imported user? Are you trying to do this in a cluster environment? If so, what is the cluster status?
I'm using Xsuite 2.7. This is an imported user not in a cluster. Didn't anything significant in the Tomcat log.
