    HI John,

    This can mean one of a few things.  First, check to make sure that you are able to connect to the box for which your attachment servlet is located.  Additionally, make sure that service desk on that box where the servlet is located, is responding - test this by logging into SDM using the tomcat port (8080 by default).   Lastly, are you using SSL for SDM?

    John,

     

    A simple test would be to use a browser to access: http://dti-sdc057:9080/CAisd/UploadServlet

     

    If a white page comes up, then it should be OK. If you get any type of browser error, that would mean that the url is not accessible.

    If I have access, but the problem is that today I have left this error several times, restart the tomcat and it works, but I do not know where the error

    Hi John - if restarting tomcat fixes it, then I would advise you to open a support case to have an engineer look into the problem of why Tomcat stops responding as that is what is causing your symptoms here.
