    Hello All,

    Greetings!!!

I have an issue in deactivating the user from On Demand Portal(ODUM) from gel script.

when i am trying to deactivate it is throwing a error for the resource as

<soapenv:Fault><faultcode>soapenv:Server.userException</faultcode><faultstring>java.rmi.RemoteException: Error deactivating the user [email: dane.hoban@xyz.com] from the system.</faultstring><detail><ns1:hostname xmlns:ns1="http://xml.apache.org/axis/">SC5PRT001.CASAASOPS.COM</ns1:hostname></detail></soapenv:Fault></soapenv:Body></soapenv:Envelope>.

I hope it is a User specific issue as i was able to deactivate other users from the portal and retrying to deactivate the user (dane.hoban@xyz.com) is throwing an error.

    Please suggest on this.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Sai.

    Sure Suman. Will do.

There are many such resources which have this issue Suman.

Could you please let us know what caused only the specific users to error out every time i repeat the process?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks and Regards,

    Sai.
