I noticed that I when I key-in the exclamation mark "!" on the USS ticket description, I can't submit the ticket. It will keep loading. Anyone facing this issue before?
This is probably done to avoid 'Cross Site Scripting (XSS)' and 'Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF)' issues.
What patches have you currently applied on your USS install?
I'm using USS v17.
Can you log a Support case, so we can check this thoroughly and get a formal explanation for you?

I've opened the ticket for almost a month now , but there still no solution yet from CA.

I have reviewed the case and noted that the issue is reproduced and pending with Engineering Team. If you have any change in you Business impact you can always update the case so that the issue will prioritized accordingly.
