  • 1.  Probe download error

    Hi All,

     

    We are using UIM 8.5.1 .

     

     

    We are facing below attached error while downloading any probe from (IM) Internet Archive Mode: GA

     

     

    Kindly suggest how it get resolved?

    Hi there,

     

    can you confirm that you have write permissions to the temp folder?  And that there is enough free space on this machine?

     

    Also, how are you connecting to the internet from this machine? Do you use a proxy server?

    If you use Proxy Server, please allow encrypted archives through the Proxy Server for a selected User or anything that comes from support.nimsoft.com.
