  • 1.  How to change oracke DB from Derby DB in WCC

    Posted Aug 21, 2017 10:11 PM

    Hi.

    Actually we are using default Derby DB in WCC 11.4.

    But we want to use Oracle DB instead of Derby.

    Can we change WCC DB to oracle without reinstalling?

    Thanks in advanced

    Hi Chandra.

    I've solved this problem.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Thanks for your reply and i've a problem applied wcc_config command to change DB password.

    It has successfully done but encountered below issue.

     *  log/CA-wcc-services

    @tomcat32-resource  [] ERROR #UnlockDatasource #CAnnot get database connection java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017:

    invalid userna,e/passwordL logon denied.

    I confirmed DB user and password are correct.

    Should i change the passwd to java environment also ?

    Regards, WoonGyo Han

    It appears the Oracle user password specified with wcc_config is incorrect. Is it Oracle 12c? Does the password have any special characters?

    Thanks & Regards,
