  • 1.  Unable to start the process execution

    Hi,

     

    We are using the standalone setup for development environment. and  faced the issue like Failed to Initialization the server manager .So We have done re installation of development instance and now  unable to click the run button for process execution and the following error has been mentioned in the c2o log file.Please help us to solve the issues.

    Hi Kani

    I would suggest opening up a support case support.ca.com for this problem as there are many questions that would need to be answered in order to be able to assist you (such as the release you are attempting to install, the platform you are installing onto etc. )  
    Having an open support case would enable a support engineer to call you to facilitate a full discussion of all the facts and expedite a resolution to your problem.

    I have reviewed the error you are seeing in the c20.log.  Please see the following knowledge document on this topic.
