Clarity

Hi All,

User submit a Clarity Idea ticket by the following ways

1. Clicking on "Submit for Approval" Button in the bottom left.

2. Setting the "Submit for Approval" via the "Status" menu and then hitting the "Save" button.

We would want to track the Ideas submitted by method 2.

Hence please let us know if we could track such ideas from the Database tables.

Hi

My first thought:

1. Run tomcat job (to dump details in logs in to LOG_XXXX DB tables)

2. Run a query to check ideas where user submitted clicking button.

3. store info in an attribute if needed / create a portlet / etc... it will depend on your business needs.
