DX Unified Infrastructure Management

Hi All,

 I am using NMS 8.5 and  designed dashboard bubble with environment name, each environment has some set of robots under it, any critical alarms of robot makes particular environment bubble to turn red. If there are two alarm under an environment which already red,there is chances of missing second alarm. Hence  I am looking for an option which can suppress the first alarm until  server admin resolve the issue.  So that I can bring the dashboard back to green.

I can not think of a way to do this.

I think this would need to be entered in an ER that would need to be handled with a code change.

maybe some one else can think of a way this might be done....
