  • 1.  CA Spectrum sending blank CI name to SDM

    Hi,

     

    When an auto ticket is logged from CA spectrum to CA Service desk for partition utilization or for process down, it is not showing device name in configuration item.

    Also when trying to see logs in CA SDM it is showing process or partition name in model name for which alarm is generated and there is no CI with the name.

    Please help.

    Hi Harsh,

    Is the Integration configured to assign the CIs to the trouble tickets? This needs to be set up I'm the OneClick Administration page > Service Desk Configuration. This is disabled by default.

    Further CI configuration is done in the service-desk-asset-mapping.xml file. Prior to editing this file it should be copied from $SPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/WEB-INF/svdsk/config to $SPECROOT/custom/svdsk/config
