  • 1.  robotname(NO LICENSE) error

Hello, I just installed the robot on several 2008 R2 servers and all installed okay except one has (NO LICENSE) against the name in the left column of IM. Also under the license column it does not have OK against it, any ideas why this is please?

Tried restarting the robot and reinstalling without luck. I do not really want to have to uninstall and reinstall at the moment if possible.

    Running UIM 8.47

    Thank you

This would be caused by having too many robots attached to the same hub.

The hub license has a number of robots allowed to be attached to it and you have exceeded this number.

Thanks Gene, yes just remembered I have only just added the hub the robots are on, I must upgrade the license as it still has the eval licence on  as I have 11 robots on there.

    Thanks again
