  • 1.  Align visual images between fields

I'm trying to add & align visual images using document.wirteln("<img src=xx.png>"); code between Impact, Urgency and Priority drop down fields, so that the end result should show up as below Ugency [+] Impact [=] Priority. But the images shows up just above the detail header section on request detail form. Can someone please point me in the right direction to achieve the desired results?

    Hi Vishnu,

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the current scenario and your customer results so that we can further analyze and give some suggestions.

Let me know what version are you using currently and its patch level.

    Hi Mahesh,

I'm trying to insert a plus image between Urgency and Impact fields and an equal sign image before Priority drop down field in SDM 17.0. Does the below screenshot makes sense to what I'm trying to achieve?

    Hi Vishnu,

On this one please let us know if you still need assistance here.  To achieve what you want you would need to have images for the plus sign and equal sign, and then update the html code manually in the form to put those images in between the fields.  The alignment is somewhat HTML driven but may also have something to do with the CSS files. Unfortunately this is just something you would need to play around with on your own as its not something we can assist with from a support standpoint.  There may be folks out here that have done some things like this and may be willing to share their info with you.

    Thanks,

    Jon I.
