I am having a problem in CA PAM when I try to remove some devices, the message 5002: Device XXXX not found, this occurs when we have duplicate devices.

Hi Paolo, When you say "duplicate device”, are you talking about two devices that are defined on the access side with the same address but different names? This is a problem for which you will have to open a support case. What release are you running at and at which maintenance level were those devices added? In the latest release 2.8.3 you should not be able to define a second device with the same address and different name, either interactively from the UI or via device import from an import file.
