Under the application object we have a subpage that has a portlet Application - Business Value List

I can configure that portlet (from the configure button) but If i try to look for this portlet on the portlets list  (administration-->Studio-->Portlets) I can't find it. How Can you add a portlet to a subpage or edit an existing one.

It sounds like you have a subobject called "Application - Business Value" if this is the case then you would configure its "List" view (what you would see on the master object's subpage) in the Views settings for the subobject itself in the studio options.

( i.e. its not a "portlet", it is the (sub)object definition itself )

So as not to confuse USERS I would guess, but perhaps the CA-developers could confirm that - a system admin should know how the system works though, and the "configure" options for things that I know are custom-subobjects look exactly like that (labelled "Portlet").

Honestly ; just go and look in your object list and see if its there! 

(actually if you go to the "General" tab on that screen that you have the screen shot of, it should tell you exactly what you are looking at - will either give you and Object name (for an object like I'm suggesting) or a Portlet name (for a "genuine" portlet) )

If i go on the object list. these "portlets"  (Business value list, BCP DRP Scoring list) don't show there.

and whats on that "General" tab?
