CA Process Instances -Login issue

Hi,

 

We have installed standalone ca itpam  version 4.3 HF01  and its working fine.but some times, the service has been stopped and try to restart the services .we are getting the following error "The service did not respond in a timely fashion".For this error ,we will reboot the server and execute the net stop http command for getting the working instance. Nowadays this has been repeating continuously .Can you please help to understand the issue and is there any possibilities that the monthly installed patches affects the CA itpam performance
