I am testing the resource finder in PPM and notice when checking availability, some of the resources are showing a 100% match when I know they already have allocations for Business as usual/incident management which will affect their overall availability match to undertake project work. Does anyone in the community know how I can resolve this and also advise on how the availability works in the system please?
We are struggling to understand how the availability match is calculated behind the scenes. Any advice will be appreciated.
