Catalog Customization fields in user's contact page

We are having customization related to service catalog user's contact page. below are the fields we want to display in catalog user's page.

 

1) Last modified

2) Contact type

3) Job Title

4) Functional organization

where above fields already exists in Ca service Desk contact page , we want those same fields in catalog user's page.

In the catalog user profile.xml and other few files, when we added those fields its not showing in the contact page

 

In the custom.xml  field added 3 to 5 fields displaying as a text field, but automatically we want information  to update the same like in service desk.
