Hi,

Using LISA 8.0.1

For Test was able to run successfully using TestRunner in UNIX box

But when I run mar file gets below errror

The model archive of type Test Based Monitor is not supported by TestRunner.
Exiting with exit code 255 (INTERNAL ERROR)

Command provided

./TestRunner -a -u superp -p superp -mar /opt/lisa/Lisa/cvsMonitors/Reportrebuild_Reportrebuild.mar

Anybody can help in this?

Are you trying to run a CVS Monitor mar file  using TestRunner?  Not sure if that will work..  

Please create the mar file  by first creating the  mar-info file ( Rt-click on a  testcase in the project )and then build the mar file from it..  

Now try the following :

TestRunner -a -u username -p password -mar C:/test1.mar -m tcp://abc.***:2010/Registry

Got your point so we can create mar file and run that using TestRunner but deployed mar file in CVS Monitor will not work using TestRunner.

Yes CVS Monitor mars are only for deployment in CVS.
