  • 1.  CA Identity Suite 14.1 Deployment Terminates at Error Code 9

    Hi Guys,

    Anyone can point out the reference for deployment error code. 

    I ran into error code 9 during the prod deployment and no hope finding what is the meaning of the error code.

    The deployment terminates at services initiation step.

     

    deployment log extract:

    2017 Aug 31 14:06:27 CA_New deploySolution terminated with exit code 9

    You may be best served by opening a support case with CA Support to further review the problem and collect logs.

    Thanks for your suggesstion but I can't open a support case. It said the service is unavailable.
