    Hello Mafundi

Usually that error occurs when the authorization reports was not ran before attempting to access the Service Desk Reports.

Configure CABI JasperReports® Server r6.2.0 for CA Service Management - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies D…

As the CA SDM user, authorize yourself to view required data in the reports.

    • Log in to the CABI JasperReports® Server r6.2.0, as the CA SDM user, with the organization as servicemanagement.
    • Navigate to ViewRepositoryOrganizationsservicemanagementcapability, and execute the User Authorization for CA SDM report.
    • Enter your CA SDM credentials and then click OK.
      Authorization confirmation message appears.

    Best Regards,
