I am trying to view reports and i get the attached error below
Usually that error occurs when the authorization reports was not ran before attempting to access the Service Desk Reports.

As the CA SDM user, authorize yourself to view required data in the reports.
Enter your CA SDM credentials and then click OK.Authorization confirmation message appears.
