CA Service Management

Hi,

I working with CA SDM release 14.1, and us need remove a tab "my task" of the view mobile.

Can I remove this tab of the Role and apply to all users ?

Currently Us removed the tab, from the preferences of the mobile App. but in this moment we have many users.

Hello Marco,

Are you saying that you:

• CAN get an individual user to remove "My Tasks" by using their Preferences
• Can NOT see a way to globally change this for all users

If so, I think that is how it works out-of-the-box at the moment as I believe that preference is stored on the local device and not in the database (Someone may wish to check/confirm this).

You'd need to submit an Idea to request this change.
