  • 1.  Servicedesk Survey Issue

    In our survey template we are having answers for questions as

    1.Excellent

    2.Good

    3.Normal

    4.poor

    and comment box .

    we want to make comment box mandatory only if user selects the answer as 'poor'  or 'Normal'.

     All answers are  radio buttons.

    Hi Manjunatha, currently I don't believe we have anyway of doing dependencies on fields within the surveys as far as I know.  I think something like this would need to be posted here is an idea in the communities.
