I need to integrate CA ITSM 17 with PPM release 15.2, could somebody help me?

Here are the steps for that integration:
Connector: CA Unicenter Service Desk and CA Software Change Manager - CA PPM - 14.2 - CA Technologies Documentation
Please note it may not have been tested with the latest version of CA Service Desk (17.0) and PPM (15.2) There is no reason it should not work.
However, support may not be able to provide maintenance or fixes for it.
PPM has a XOG utility that can be called from a Service Desk Notification method.
It is just a question of what you would like the integration to accomplish.
Is there something specific you want to achieve with this integration?

Time ago there was a connector to integrate both applications, i mean, like bidirectional integration, nevertheless it seems that there is no connector now, so i would like know the integration process, i mean, integrate those apps so i would be able to see through service Desk and through the change in PPM, invoke from SDM the PPM projects, etc. (bidirectional communication).
Have you KBs about that?
To the best of my knowledge, there is no integration that is native to both products out of the box. It would require the use of SOAP web services, which could be achieved using CA PAM (CA Process Automation) or something similar that can push and pull data between both apps.
There may be some other folks out here who have gotten something to work and may be willing to share the info with you...
