We need to send the spool of the SAP@@ jobs to send to non sap users

Added in spool list receipients but its not working also added on the additional attibutes of step specifications but no luck

Do we need to change anything on SAP agent configuration?

Spool list recipients
RECIPIENT(RcpType=INT,Recipient=***_xxxxx@***.com,Copy=N,BlindCopy=N)
RECIPIENT(RcpType=INT,Recipient=***_Compliance@***.com,Copy=N,BlindCopy=N)

Could you tell if the scheduling manager is DE running on distributed platform or ESP running on mainframe?

Hi,

Have you ever tried to create an email notification and send it to desired users?

If not, you can follow the steps below:

1- In the SAP Job properties window, under "Options", select "Notifications":

2- In the "notifications" window, select "Email" tab, uncheck "use application-level defaults" option, then click on "new" button:

3- In the "new email notification", configure all the notification conditions you need to be satisfied, as well the SAP users email addresses. Don't forget to check the "attach spool file option" :

In your agentparm.txt, add the following parameters if they do not exist:

sap.use.BAPI_XBP_JOB_SPOOLLIST_READ=true
smtp.server=smtp_server_address (e.g. smtpserv.mycompany.com)

Save the change and restart the agent.

this functionality is working  but not as expected.After the successful completion of the SAP job ,it is generating the email to the specified spool list recipients but not the actual output spool report attached only the URL .

Below is the email output  and it is asking for FTP logon

What is the maximum size which we can send over email?
How can we modify this parameters?

Is there any alternate way to achieve this ?

In DSERIES topology, double click on DSERIES instance. The "Server Shared Parameters" window will open.

You can configure the "Maximum email attachment size in MB" parameter (in yellow below):
