Hi everyone,

We have CAWA DE 11.3 SP3 in a Windows 2008 R2 Standard enviroment with 8 GB RAM.

I don't understand this values in the summary dashboard, this values are of server or desktop client?

I configured in the windows.service.properties these lines for java memory:

jvmproperty_2=-Xms1024M
jvmproperty_3=-Xmx5120M

Hi Susana,

Regarding the values in summary dashboard, What values are you referring to? Did you insert screenshots in your post? I can't see any... Could you post them again?

Hi,

The dashboard in Desktop Client gives information of the server stats. So the memory usage it shows there is related to the DE server. At any given point , this chart shows the Memory usage including total memory, free memory, and maximum memory allocated.

I don't understand the value for total allocated memory (1,020.5 mb)  this value should will higher more, right?

Hi,

The server is not going to allocate the maximum memory at once. Based on usage of the heap memory, it allocates the total memory and it keeps increasing it based on the usage. So it will be less than the maximum at any given time.
