  • 1.  User Level Access Control in APM Command Center

    Hi Team,

     

    Is it possible to provide user level access control in CA APM Command Center? Let's say if I want to restrict a user in a zone to monitor/control the agents deployed in that zone only and not able to see the configurations of agents deployed in other zones. Is it possible? If yes, kindly provide the steps/document for that.

     

    If no, is there a provision to make cluster of CA APM command center? Let's say if I can setup ACC in different zones that is registered with the agents deployed in those zones only and there is an ACC in the management zone in which I can see the complete picture of all the agents deployed in the APM cluster. If yes, kindly provide the steps/document for that.

    Hi Balram,
    currently this is not possible but it is an interesting idea.
    I heard Engineering is working on introducing more authorization levels (privileges) that will be available in some future release.
    I suggest you to open an idea for this request(s)
