  • 1.  alarm correlation - websphere_mq

    Hi,

     

    Looking for a way to correlate two metrics from the websphere_mq probe. We only want to alert on QOS_QUEUE_CURRENT_DEPTH > 0 IF QOS_QUEUE_OLDEST_MESSAGE_AGE > 5min. Has anyone done anything similar using LUA script?

    UIM out of the box really does not have a good way to do correlation.

    The best option would be to try and use triggers as trying to use LUA scripting and constantly reading in all alarms to compare could severely impact your NAS performance.
