  • 1.  CA Process Automation 4.3 SP2 - How to fix "Please refresh your browser" message?

    Hello community,

    I have just upgraded CA Process Automation to v4.3 SP2 with Java 1.8.u144 and CA EEM 12.6. I'm getting a "please refresh your browser" message when trying to load the page content. This happens in Google Chrome Browser (v60). 60.0.3112.113 x64. 

     

     

    In MS Internet Explorer, it works just fine.

     

    Has anybody seen this issue before?

    Hi Eric,

     

    If it works in one browser and does not in another it looks like a cache issue. Does it work on firefox? Did you try to ctrl+r  to refresh the cache? If you did so, does the c2o.log says anything about it?

    HI Marcel,

    That's right. It doesn't load because of the current cache. Cleaning the cache up in Chrome Browser settings solved the problem. A reminder to our customers if they need to access CA PA after the upgrade and get this message.
