    Hi Team ,

We are using Introscope10.5.2 & WebSphere/Apache Webserver agent of similar version. I found that we are not receiving CPU metrics for both of agent. I have cross checked basic configuration & looks goods.

    Team kindly assist.

    Hello Amit,

Those metrics are produced by the platform monitor in the agent. This is not supported on all platforms - which server/ operating system are these agents running on?

Also if you enable DEBUG logging in the agent and restart you should see messages about it trying to load the various possible platform monitors and also what environment the agent has detected - this should help determine the root cause.

    thanks

    Mike

    Hi Amit,

10.5.2 compatibility guide shows that RHEL 7.3 is supported.  As Mike suggested, if you enable DEBUG logging in the agent and restart you should see messages about it trying to load the platform monitor.  If you could do that and post the log here, that would help us to determine what is going wrong.

    Thanks,
    Matt
