  • 1.  Agent shows as clamped but metrics doesn't

    Hi,

     

    I have this situation, an agent shows itself as clamped (with red arrow sourround it) but metric

     

     

     

    Agent shows as clamped but metrics doesn't

     

     Custom Metric Host (Virtual)|Custom Metric Process (Virtual)|Custom Metric Agent (Virtual) (pvd021-introscope10collprode1)|Agents|pvd033-clemente|WebSphere|prod1:Is Clamped = 0

     

     

    Do you know the possible reason for this?

    Hi osvaldog, This clamp can be for some reasons: Clamp for metrics Live, Clamp for historical metrics, etc...
    Put mouse over the name of agent that message of what type of clamp, will be exhibit.

    Hi Vinicius,

    Thanks for answering, but I don't understand, if I would put mouse over agent name, in Investigator? Does it work in WebView? because I've tried but there is not any label whit the clamp type.

    Hi osvaldog,
    I'm sorry If I not explained good.
    In Workstation, you navigate to agent and put mouse over the name of agent.
    A information box appear informing what is the clamp was reached.
    You can verify too in APM Status Console > APM System Information .
