We are using devTest 10.0.x version, whenever we start workstation, it got crashed and after restarting for 5-7 times it starts working properly. 

Can any please help me sorting out this issue? Or Help me find the proper reason causing this issue?

Can you at least share what the last part of the workstation.log shows before crashing?

Can you check to see  if you are having any memory issues on the Workstation machine?  

One thing you can try is delete the lisatmpx.x folder   and restart the workstation.  

Yes, I suspect this could be due to memory issue. Please check the free memory on your workstation machine before launching it.  If you still have an issue, please attach worstation.log file
