    Good Morning Sebastian.

I attached a .txt file for you.
With a somehow 'criptic' description and explanation for you.
I am confident it will get you further though.

    Thanks and kind regards, Louis.

in fact nothing prevent you to create your own PAM process attached to you offering ouside of the OOB providedin order to directly create CO.

Using PAM you can manage any objects in SDM and Catalog

    Hi Sebastian,

What version of SDM / Catalog are you using?

Hi! thank you all for your answers!

I'm using both SDM and Catalog in 14.1, and I have no knowledge of PAM and that's why i'm using Catalog ootb

I would recommend taking a look at Open Change Orders During Request Fulfillment which outlines the OOTB integration including events-rules-actions and PAM processes. If you need to create a change order differently for a particular offering then one option could be to:

    1. Copy the OOTB PAM process and modify to create the change order as necessary ('View Tutorials' from the PAM UI has some good overviews)
    2. Copy the related OOTB event-rule-action (i.e. Request/Subscription Item Change > When Status is Pending Fulfillment) and tweak the rule event filter to include either offering_id/offering_name. Note you will likely need to update any other enabled fulfillment rules to exclude this offering to avoide invoking duplicate processes)
    3. Update or create a new action to use the new PAM process from step 1

    Good Afternoon Sebastian.

To create a Service catalog request with a corresponding SDM-Change Order, you need to install and run SC, SDM and PAM as an integrated package.

And with a combination of SC-ERA, SC-SDM-Java-Coding(ootb) and PAM-Processes(ootb) then takes care of that.

It is up to you to integrate all of these and then it should work.

When you need further assistance, then please open a standard case?

Thanks ina dvance and kind regards, Louis.

Perhaps the following Community Post could be of assistance

Passing form data to Pam process to create a change order.
