Today (September 15, 2017), we’d like to announce that CA Communities Office Hours have been renamed “askCA.” As you may remember from my poll back in August, we recognized that the “Office Hours” name might be problematic for some people outside of the United States or those not familiar with office hours on a college or university campus.
We feel that the new “askCA” name more accurately reflects what these popular communities events are – online chats that bring together product experts from across CA to answer your questions about the CA products you use every day. Only the name is changing – everything else about them will stay the same.
