  • 1.  Not accepting JRE location while installing PAM

    Hello Team

     

    While installing PAM it asking for Java 8 64 bit Root location which I already located but still its not accepting. Please advise how to resolve and move forward

    Have you started the jre installation after starting Pam installation? If so, even though it shows the jre to select, the installation context doesn't know it's really there.

    Just start a new installation and it will recognize the path.


    You can see the installation log to really know what's going on. It's on the temp folder

    Thanks for ur reply

     

    Actually I installed jre 7 before starting pam installation.. after

    completing dvd1 it ask for dvd2 where it ask for jre and not accepting. So

    I just update jre 8 version. and restarted the system but still the issue

    persist.

    It seems you have installed JRE, install JDK of the same version and try installation again.

     

    The path should be something like as:
    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_***
