  • 1.  How can we integrate CA UIM with ITSM tool JIRA

    Hi All,

     

    Can somebody tell me, How we can integrate CA UIM with ITSM tool JIRA.

     

    As i don't see a out of the box probe for that in CA UIM like SNGTW in case of SNOW integration.

    Hi Rohit,

     

    I don't think there is OOTB probe which can help you achieve this.
    Maybe you can raise a Feature Request for this.

    I'm not sure if this would even work, maybe your JIRA Administrator can help as well, on what all mechanisms JIRA can handle inputs. Based on this you can look for alternatives.
