Hi CA,So as per the above, I am following instructions: Please visit our community page if you wish to activate flow-level administration.Well I'd like to enable flow-level administration so here I am Support would be appreciated.Cheers,Gabe
Hi Gabriel (GabeBrady)
I have enabled the Flow admins for you. I also responded to you in the case, you have opened.
Btw here is the exact same question asked by another user: https://communities.ca.com/message/241952103?commentID=241952103#comment-241952103
Appreciate CA responding to this quickly.
I had another question as well, if I could get a response to that too that would be great: Administrator Access to Invite Only Flows
I'm also looking for how to activate flow-level administration. What exactly are we supposed to do after visiting the Community to get this enabled?
we need to check your organization and, that you are either the owner or one of the admins for that organization.
I have verified this for you and enabled Flow Admins for your organization. I hope this does help you along.
Thank you! So it says this about flow-level administration:
Next to my name under Account > Users, it says "admin." Does that mean I'm an organization admin? Because when I try to promote existing flow members to admins, in some flows I have the ability to do that, and in some flows I don't. In these flows I'm comparing, I'm not listed as a flow-level admin. What is causing this inconsistency?
Follow up to this--in the flows that won't let me promote admins, even the admins that they have listed as flow-level (creators of the flows) aren't able to promote admins. Is this a bug? Or is there a setting we're missing?
I will open up a case for you, and we will investigate this further via that, as there seems to be a more specific issue for your organization, that we need to troubleshoot.
