How to identify a Core Business impact in an incident?

Hi! We need to identify in SDM when an incident affects my whole core business. How can we identify it?


One of the ideas is to create "Core Business" in the "Affected Service" field. Is it right to create "Core Business" as a configuration item in the enterprise service family in the CMDB? Our interpretation of "Core Business" is virtual group of people, areas, software, hardware and process.
